JFS Design Studio was thrilled to be given the opportunity to help re-establish Kingston Restaurant as a sophisticated and comfortable downtown retreat for our beloved city of Boston and our Bostonian family.

During his first job as a busser, Brad spent plenty of time asking if he could cook. Taking “no” as a maybe, he pestered management until they let him wash dishes, then expo.  Then finally he got his chance on the line, and loved it.

By the time he was a junior in High School, he had started at the Springfield Country Club. Here under the guidance of Chef Fritz Montgomery he was taught a solid foundation of Old world cooking techniques, knife skills, and meat fabrication.

In 2001 Brad started attending Johnson and Wales in Charleston, South Carolina. While in school, he cut his teeth in a few local restaurants; FIG, Oak Steakhouse, Muse Wine bar and Restaurant, and the local farmers market.

In 2011 he made the journey to Boston, where he was the opening Executive Chef at Mija cantina and tequila bar.
Having moved on from Mija, Brad teamed up Pasha Entertainment to bring you an refined upscale Grille and Bar, focusing on fresh ingredients and craft beer.
